1. What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, business name, and anything you type into a form, a booking page, the chat assistant, or a review.
- Calls and messages: when you call, text, or email us, we keep the conversation, including calls answered by our AI receptionist. Where a call is recorded, you are told at the start of the call.
- Voice and chat assistants: what you say to the voice assistant and type into the chat assistant on this site is processed to generate a reply and may be stored with your inquiry.
- Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and similar analytics, collected through cookies and the Meta pixel.
2. How we use it
- To respond to you, schedule and hold calls, and deliver the services you buy.
- To send appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups you asked for.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.
- To meet legal, accounting, and security obligations.
3. Text messages
We send text messages only to people who gave us their number and agreed to be contacted, for example by booking a call, submitting a form, or replying to us. Reply STOP to any message to opt out and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run our business, under their own privacy commitments: our CRM and messaging platform (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), our hosting providers (Netlify and Supabase), the AI model and voice providers that power our chat and voice assistants, payment processors, and advertising platforms for measurement (Meta). We may also share information when the law requires it or to protect our rights.
5. Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies and the Meta pixel to understand traffic and measure advertising. You can block cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage advertising preferences in your Meta account settings.
6. Retention and security
We keep information for as long as we have a business or legal reason to, then delete or anonymize it. We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls, but no system is perfectly secure.
7. Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@fundingflowai.com. We answer within 30 days. Residents of states with privacy laws that grant additional rights can exercise them the same way.
8. Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed.
